Can I use the application if I only receive social security or government benefits?
Yes. GoDo does not provide advances of Social Security or any other government benefits at this time. Although, you can use your account and routing number to receive those funds into your GoDo account.
How do I create an account and how long does it take to get started?
To get started, download the GoDo app to your iPhone or Android device, and register with GoDo. Once the account is established, you will instantly receive a virtual GoDo card on your smartphone. At that point, you are ready to go!
Does GoDo charge fees ?
GoDo has worked hard to create an account that has minimal to no fees depending on how you use it. For a detailed list of these items, please refer to the GoDo Fee Schedule.
My GoDo card has been compromised (lost/stolen), what do I do?
Immediately go to the "Replace My Card" section in the app and follow the appropriate prompts, or call our toll-free number to speak to a customer service representative. Additionally, if you see any transactions you didn't make, contact us to file a dispute either through the app or by talking to a customer service representative.

Can I withdraw cash from an ATM with my GoDo card?
GoDo is partnered with the MoneyPass® ATM network to provide two (2) no-charge withdrawals from in-network ATMs per month. When making cash withdrawals from an ATM, your PIN is required. Out-of-network ATM withdrawals can be made as well. Please review fee chart for charges that may apply.
How do I get a PIN for my GoDo card?
The PIN is a Personal Identification Number. You can set your PIN through your GoDo app. Please keep it secure and do not share it!
Can my employer view my purchases?
No. Purchases made with your GoDo card account are viewable by you via the GoDo app and your GoDo account specialist.
Do I need a smart phone to access the app?
Yes, GoDo is available for download in the App Store and Play Store.
How long does it take for a refund to be posted to my GoDo account?
In the event of a refund or credit back to your card, most merchandise returns are posted within 24 hours.
